New Zealand's only professional drumline!
The Auckland Regional Drumline is an American-style marching percussion drumline offering opportunities for both new and experienced drummers to learn the art of marching percussion.

Formed in 2006, the Auckland Regional Drumline have worked as the official drumline for the New Zealand Breakers basketball team for over ten years, as well as supporting many events all over Auckland including 3 seasons at the Auckland Blues home games, Pleasuredome the Musical, Emirates Team NZ America’s Cup Victory Parde, 2011 Rugby World Cup Victory Parade, the 2015 FIFA U20 World Cup, 2010 FIBA U20 World Cup, and many others!

As New Zealand’s leading drumline, the Auckland Regional Drumline is committed to being the primary organization to deliver a first class marching percussion experience to the Auckland region, New Zealand and International audiences, providing New Zealanders with the opportunity to be part of the international marching percussion world.

In addition to providing a team of highly capable performers, the Auckland Regional Drumline also operates a Drumming Academy teaching both new and experienced drummers. With over 35 years of performance and teaching experience in the marching music world, our staff are the best in NZ when it comes to giving you a helping hand developing your professional drumline career!

Auditions for the ARD Performing Corps are now open for percussionists of all backgrounds – marching experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
